Our Story

After more than 25 years of experience in strategy development and human resources fields, we have recognized that organizations with more than seven layers in the hierarchy are negatively impacting their performance. The correlation between the best-fit organization structure and the optimal efficiency possible to perform is positive; the more firms are able to reach the best-fit structure the more efficiency is achieved.

We have created “Seven Jobs Management Consulting” to share this idea, and to help organizations defining the best-fit design

Seven Jobs is a restructuring method to improve organization efficiency through redesigning organization structure; this shall strengthen two major competencies communication and leadership.

We can say that organization structure is one major root-cause of many challenging firms are facing these days but managers are looking elsewhere to solve it.  We at Seven Jobs work with managers and team members to guide them restructuring organizations’ system to achieve the planned outcome
