The idea of “Straformance Platform” was invented to integrate organization goals and objectives with employees’ performance, in which total performance acted by the total individuals equals the organizations’ performance. On the other hand, strengthening performance systems and make it available to the management to choose between performance methodologies and map them to jobs and positions with different functions and departments. “Straformance” is an organization’s system platform to strengthening organizations’ performance efficiency.
The name was invented “Stra” & “Formance” from “Strategy” and “Performance” to communicate that “the system designed to operate strategy development and performance then integrate these two functions together”.
Management science presents performance as the end result of an activity, this activity was planned sometime in an earlier phase, in this concept, strategy will be the “input” and performance is the “output” of the organization system. However, these two modules are functioning apart in case requested, as many organizations haven’t yet placed a defined strategy but the system provides the tool to integrate these functions if the data if available, therefore the organization can choose operate either strategy or performance in case needed
